We went to have Big Breakfast meals at around 8am. We parked, and quickly saw that the parking lot was still a mess - plastic bag, plastic glove, paper cups, tissue, coffee cup holder, etc. We went in, gave orders; a stand fan was on, pointed at the customers queue, even though an AC near the entrance was on at 17° C. A crew was sweeping the dirty floor, even if the stand fan was in full blast.
We sat near the counters, and after a few minutes a counter crew called out our number. When I got there, there was a tray with only two hush browns on it, so I was confused. I called the attention of the crew let's call her Crew1), and asked "82?" She said yes, like it was all we ordered. I was about to ask for the rest of our order, but another crew (Crew2) caught on, reminding the first crew that I ordered two Big Breakfast meals. So I have to walk back again to our table and wait some more. Waited a few more minutes until Crew2 looked at me and said "okay na, ma'am." I walked to the counter to take our tray, and I'm positive Crew1 said something about me, because I heard Crew2 tell her "ikaw naman kasi, di mo chineck bago mo i-out" something to that effect.
While we were eating, I was literally sweating on my forehead and neck. With or without coffee in our meal, it was so warm in the dining area. The AC doesn't reach our area, despite being near the counters. How much more in the other inner parts of the dining area?
The burger patty tasted like sand. There were eggshells in my omelette. I have set the shells aside (yung hindi ko nanguya) but I forgot to take a photo. Honestly, the only item enjoyable to eat was the hash brown.
We finished our meal, and once we were out I saw that the trash had not yet been taken care of. (After our meal, we went to run errands which took almost two hours. When we passed by the store again, the trash were still there.) See photos.
If I remember correctly, McDonald's La Union (Sevilla, San Fernando City) is at least 20 years old. Perhaps the management or company needs upgrading in terms of AC, and the better flow of cool air inside the...

I happen to line up with a senior who is on the senior lane and observed that the crew ignored her for a time. For me,it seemed i lined up where there is no crew.
