Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Fernando

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I was with two senior citizens and an infant after a long and exhausting trip. We accidentally ordered at the takeout counter, not knowing the dine-in and takeout rules, but when we realized the seniors were too tired to eat elsewhere, we requested to dine in instead.

Despite our situation, the manager refused our request even after we offered to place another order for dine-in. What’s worse, the staff at the takeout counter didn’t bother to clarify or guide us properly—even when we clearly mentioned we intended to dine in and even pointed out where our companions were waiting. It felt inconsiderate and unprofessional.

A little empathy would have gone a long way. Very disappointing, especially coming from an establishment that should know how to handle such situations with more care and...

If you buy takeout, you are treated like 2nd class citizen. We were told to use the side cashier instead of being allowed to sit inside the restaurant. There would be no issues at all if we did not have to wait for a long time, but we had to. We decided to take a seat inside anyway, and as soon as we went in, the manager's eye was on us. We were immediately asked to move when there were empty tables. We were directed to the "waiting area" where they said there is a seat, but no, there's not enough for all of us, some customer offered one pf their seats to us but that meant taking a seat from a child, so we just opted not to. Service should have been first come, first served, unless someone with disability or elderly badly needs the table....

Me and my bestfriend ate here and unfortunately their spaghetti isn't as suacy compared to other branches making it drier and unsatisfying to eat. We also ordered supreme pizza and I can tell that it lacks the pizza sauce so the pizza isn't as salty as we expected to be. Fried chicken is also smaller.
