Kenny Rogers Roasters - SM City Pampanga — Restaurant in San Fernando

We love eating at Kenny's but this branch disappointed us today. There is only one cashier open so the line became long. Taking orders is too long. 25mins for the chicken. We're only hungry and craving for kennys chicken that's why we insisted to wait. The carbonara isn't delicious. There is no gravy when they served the order and we just get it on the counter. The corn and carrot is very salty and the sour cream potato isn't the usual taste. The potatoes are like rotten inside, they tasted like they are expired or something. Wish we just ate on other branch...

Photos taken 14th of March 2023. Dined in here to celebrate our wedding anniversary virtually. The service is good, and every request I asked for were granted. ☺️ lahat ng staff ay mababait. I had a full course meal from salad to dessert, but unang lumabas ang main course which is a no no for me. Pero okay lang I’m happy naman. On that day, no desserts available yung brownies lang.

Truffle steak is 10/10 for me. The sauce is the best. Salad is 3/10. Don’t order it, it’s not good 😅
