After contacting the Moment Group, who owns 8 Cuts, my experience was completely different.

I had excellent communication from Kenneth, the Supervisor in 8 Cuts Promenade, and had an outstanding meal and great service today.

Thank you Ken and the Moment Group for the professionalism and wonderful food!

There will always be issues in a business but the real hallmark is how the company responds to feedback and makes it right which is exactly what Ken did today!

10/10 Recommended and 100% will return!

Tried to eat lunch here and strangely, not one of the employees came to my table to greet me or take my order.

Several of the employees, including the manager made eye contact with me!

After waiting for 10 minutes, I got up...

--Chock-full of flavours and potential. Lacks that one thing though-

Their well-equipped menu will have any "foodie" pleased and begging for more. The array of flavours they offer and the overall quality of their food may have already redefined the standard of gourmet burgers in the city. The onion rings are also top-notch.

But if you're like me and you prefer dressed-down burgers, the search continues. The freshness of the tomatoes and lettuce with every bite is missing. Everything seems to be masked with bold flavour after flavour. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just not my thing. For the most part, you really can't go wrong with this gourmet...

Great burgers , best burgers in Manila ! This rating from a California boy , who knows burgers ! I was at my tipping point and couldn’t find anything I like too eat .Then I was introduced to 8 cuts .
