I absolutely loved Cibo! Being from Los Angeles, where Italian cuisine dominates the dining scene, I’ve had my fair share of pasta, pizza and wine nights—but Cibo truly felt like the LA dining scene. We ordered the beef and pork rigatoni, as well as the fungi creamy pasta, and both were exceptional. The pasta was perfectly al dente, with sauces that were rich, well-seasoned, and beautifully creamy.

One of my favorite touches was the chili oil they provided—it was instantly addictive and found its way onto everything we ate. The pizza was well-balanced and flavorful, and we also tried the seafood fritto misto, which was delicious. My only wish was that they offered a traditional all-calamari appetizer as an option.

To top it all off, our server, Fans, was incredible—attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. He truly elevated the experience. Overall, everything was excellent, and I can’t wait...

We had an unpleasant experience with the server, Ton, which was very different from our previous visits to other Cibo branches. He was very rude and didn’t engage with us properly while taking our orders. He simply grabbed the menu and left without informing us about the serving time. Meanwhile, other servers at nearby tables were polite and thorough in taking orders. Ton also didn’t bother to arrange our table.

The WORST part was when our food arrived—my toast fell onto the table, and Ton just said, "Papalitan nalang po," before walking off to attend to another table. He left the bread on our table like nothing happened.

When another server brought me the replacement bread, she didn’t take the old bread with her. I had to call her to take it away.

Overall, the food didn’t taste good due to this experience. It was the worst...

We ordered Pasta Il Magnifico and Prosciutto Crudo ( July 14- 7pm-GhMall branch ). Both dishes were great, the pasta was just right, it wasn't over powering and the sauce was the right amount. We dipped the bread on the sauce even ! As for the pizza, it was our all time favorite. Just wished they put more arugula ! 😉 CIBO has always been consistent with their food, we have been eating their food ever since they opened. We always go to the Shang Br., the Promenade br. and now GhMall br.

The crew in your branches are always friendly, professional and courteous. When We dined here yesterday. Our server, Mark, did his duties well. He served the food with courtesy and friendliness. He inquired how our food was and if our order was complete. He was friendly and smiling too !

Hope this consistency in food, service and...

Cibo in greenhills mall is quite small but they even have their own clean restroom. The food was good, pizza had the right amount of crunch, pasta was al dente and price was okay (specially now with the 50% off promo of bpi) The mushroom soup we ordered was different because it had barley rice mixed inside. We ordered medium size and the waiter was kind enough to suggest we split it into 4. What really stood out for me in this restaurant was the service. It was better than some fine dining restos Ive been in before. Our water would get refilled instantly, and the servers were all kind and courteous informing us that our order will come out in 5mins etc without us having to follow-up on the order.
