Cafe Summit — Restaurant in San Juan

We decided to stop by Café Summit around 4 PM before heading to Sunday worship for a quick juice. While there, we thought it would be a good idea to order dinner in advance, so it would be ready after our worship. When placing our order, we noticed a promotion: if you order a rice bowl, you get unlimited soup and salad. Unfortunately, the offer was only available until 5 PM.

Since we ordered the rice bowl, we asked the manager, Richard, if we could still enjoy the soup and salad. Initially, he mentioned that it wouldn't be possible since the promotion ends at 5 PM, and the setup would be removed. We understood and agreed, as we planned to return around 6 PM.

However, when we came back, we were pleasantly surprised! Richard told us that he had spoken with the kitchen and arranged for us to still enjoy the soup and salad, as we had mentioned it when we ordered. This thoughtful gesture truly made our day.

I rated the service 5 stars—not only were they flexible, but they were also incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and kind. The food gets a solid 4 stars; the sautéed vegetables were slightly salty, but overall, the experience was excellent. Thank you, Richard, and the entire staff, for making our visit...

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this exquisite restaurant, where we were treated to a culinary experience that captivated both our palates and our senses. The portions were generous, ensuring a satiating meal that surpassed our expectations.

We went here yesterday Feb 14, 2024 around 7:30pm. Place is good, food is great but the customer service is Bad. Staffs are not accommodating with the concern, especially the girl wearing black dress in front and the tall guy wearing eyeglasses with pink necktie. We had to wait for ages to get our food. It took too long to serve their 4 course set menu. But on other foreign tables, the response will be faster.

Actually, the staffs are watching. When we complain that it's taking too long, they just laugh. Then this is it, we did call the Manager, but after talking to us we caught her talking with other staffs who were just laughing. In short, we were just laughed at. After that, I called again, they didn't come. Very Bad Service Really!!! When we ask for the bill, it's faster than the speed of light.
