I’ve been here the other day in the afternoon , the food was good and the customer service was okay. But today i came back for dinner and I was disappointed by the terrible customer service, wrong order and for letting their customer wait for their food for more than an hour. I order a simple meal, cheese and ham Burger, but they were not able to serve the right meal (side note thats after an hour of waiting just to receive a wrong order.) After i complained that they made my order wrong, one of the staff informed me that they run out of the burger bun and was not able to serve the right one. I pointed out that the problem was not the bun but that there was no burger patty in my burger and only a slice of ham. The server took the first meal and offered to fix the problem. After 5 minutes of waiting one of the staff served the meal but this time with the burger bun. As i checked my order it was still a ham and no burger patty again. After returning the dish and wait for another 10 minutes, we left with just paying what we consumed. As well other customers had wrong orders or got served their dish without any cutlery and had to wait for quite a while until someone brought them some cutlery. Free breakfast was good. The dining staff were very attentive and helpful. The fish and tofu was decent but the butter chicken wasn’t. It was a waste of money ordering - it was dry and not really buttered in my opinion. I hope that the cook can see this and improve on it - or maybe...

Hühnchen Curry bestellt, erhalten Hühnchen Curry woraus das Hühnchen überwiegend aus Knochen bestand! Meine Frau erhielt eine sehr eklige Version von spareribs, welche mehr als winzig war! Mitarbeiter waren mit Netflix schauen beschäftigt und gab uns auch kaum Beachtung. Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Tochter dort und währenddessen lief im TV eine brutale Zombie Serie. Ein absolutes no go... Professionell sieht anders aus! Wären es meine Mitarbeiter, hätten diese längst ihre Jobs verloren! Damals unter alter Leitung als es noch fuego grill hieß war es noch hervorragend. Bis Anfang letztes Jahr fanden wir es noch top. Leider schwer abgebaut seitdem! Bin eigentlich keiner der schlechte Bewertungen schreibt, aber hier muss ich eine Ausnahme machen! Nicht zu empfehlen, ist nur Geld und Zeit Verschwendung!
