We attempted to book a table at this restaurant for the next two nights, only to be met with a disappointing and unwelcoming experience. Initially, the staff told us there were available tables and even requested our room number, presuming we were guests at Coco Grove Resort. However, upon discovering we were not, the behaviour of the staff abruptly changed. Conversing in Filipino with a colleagues, they informed us that there were no tables available and suggested we dine at the beach bar instead – a suggestion that felt more like an inconvenience than genuine hospitality.

We found this treatment to be extremely rude and off-putting, and as such, we cannot in good faith recommend dining here. Unless you're seeking to experience the epitome of Filipino rudeness, we suggest exploring other dining options in the warm and welcoming...

Disappointing experience for our part. I would like to point out that we were not guests of the hotel. We just wanted to enjoy a drink at the hotel restaurant in the afternoon, the reception first called the restaurant to see if there was availability for visitors, which is normal and what they answered no because they were very « busy ». We then walked along the public beach and I came across the restaurant literally empty, two tables, so I asked them why we were refused when the restaurant is half empty, that it was not professional to lie. They didn't know how to answer... it's a shame not to want to work and to be satisfied with the minimum. I hope the experience is better for hotel guests, but if you are not, pass your way to that restaurant. There are so many other very...

My pasta marinara had a tomato sauce that was sweeter than desert, it was almost unedible. Pizza was probably a cheap frozen premade one. Thefilipino dish of my friend was the most edible but also sweet and salty as hell. My fresh cucumber juice which I ordered without sugar was made out of sprite. The two good things were the mixed fresh fruit juice which was real fruit and the great ambiente at the beach with an amazing view over the ocean. We avoided the restaurant for the rest of our stay and went instead to Dolce Amore where quality was always perfect.

Always a homey feel for me even if at times I dine here not as an inhouse guest. On special occassions the buffet is superb. The holidays of 2023-2024 was fantastic bec of Cocogrove and Salamandas. Sir. Roselio did a great Job! Despite very busy most times. Been here for years and will reccomend. If you are lucky for a dinner buffet weekends or occasions its a must usually accompanied by musicals. ❤️❤️❤️
