TLDR: Rude and unprofessional behavior of the manager. August 8, 2025. 7pm.
Posting just for the service since I decided not to wait any longer for them to take my/our order.
We thought eating here would be less hassled since the line was short when we arrived. There was a crew who was taking customers order and writing it in order slip. I was second in line and ready to order as the customer before me walked off with their food. That crew wasn’t able to provide an order slip as he is still assisting the other customer.
Then when it’s my turn. The manager (blue uniform) asked me for my order slip, which I do not have. She rudely told me that order slip is needed and get one. Then she proceeds on taking the order slip to the customer on another lane.
This unprofessional behavior did not sit right with me but I let it go.
I got the order slip while I am still in line. Our line wasn’t attended for around 10-15 minutes!
