Pho Hoa/MyThai - Virramall — Restaurant in San Juan

Food is okay. The bean sprout for the chicken noodle Pho is not that fresh anymore, unlike the Phohoa before. We are just say, our favorite Thai Pho is not as it use too.

The service in this branch is very slow maybe because its lunch, our food is served 30-40 mins after we ordered, maybe because we ordered grilled pork and the tenderloin beef. But before, prepandemic era, the usually bring out the chicken drumlet first because its considered as appetizers and the Pho before the main dish.

The table became smaller. This is what I hate the most. We cannot order everything as we use to. 1 dish per person, 1 drink (6 kami) di na kasya ang 2 pho and 2 chicken drumlets. Wala. Baka Phohoa, 1 dish per person and 1 drink lang talaga.

We came here close to closing time but its not a reason to not give proper service to your customers, it was summer time and we politely asked for water while we wait for our orders and we had to ask 4x to be served, unfreakin believable this place never gave us plates eventhough they have enough staff and only 3tables occupied the staff were so preoccupied with closing time and you can tell their minds are already on their way home, we were very suprise with the poor service considering this branch is in a very nice area of metro manila and we have been to alot of the branches, my advice is just go somewhere else there are so many restaurants in the area and we just made a mistake comin to this...

This location has five star service and quality of food compared to many of the other locations that I’ve been to. At this location it is connected to a Thai food place and it is a combo restaurant you can walk through one restaurant to the other and sit on either side and order from either restaurant which is pretty neat. The scenery is nice and I must comment again that the quality of food at this location is far superior to other locations and I have been to at least seven other locations for this particular...
