McDonald's Greenhills — Restaurant in San Juan

Tonight, March 21 at 12:10am, we ordered the following items via Drive-Thru at the Greenhills Branch: 20pc nuggets 2 spaghetti ala carte 1 hot fudge sundae 1 bff fries 1 double cheeseburger

We were only given the credit card charge slip for the order. We were never given a receipt for this. The people at the window where you claim your order asked us to repeat our order multiple times, when it is usually posted on screens in other branches. It didn’t seem fishy at first, since it might have been another person that was fixing the order. Then another person asked to repeat our order. When we checked the text message from the bank, our bill was Php 1,217. However, upon checking the order price online, it only amounted to around Php 900. Why were we overcharged? Did the staff charge their food to our order? NEVER going back to this branch even if it’s the most...

Next time if it's ever for delivery and you get another rider like (Grab driver) I hope we know how we will track with the order. We waited for almost an hour for what you said "We'll let you know once the store starts preparing your order." what if we order again at another branch and it is double because there is no confirmation regarding my order, so the payment is also double. FYI I have delivered thru the Mcdo app.

Just over d weekend I dined in, they gave me a free apple pie bec my bill was exceeding 150 pesos, I ordered the quarter pounder burger, however was upset wen I found out I didn't get d twister fries like asked, I asked if I cud still avail however d manager told me I wud have to shell out another 30 bucks, I didn't anymore and just kept the 30 for myself. It's too bad cuz before hand I spoke to staff and they told me the twister meal wud have been 203 pesos. Maybe next time again I shall try wen my wallet can afford a big mac meal again.
