I just want to share some honest feedback as a loyal customer who really loves the Mi Panda brand. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular branch has been consistently disappointing. • Sanitation is lacking — The air-conditioning is leaking, tables and floors are often dirty, and I’ve even seen staff reuse a stirrer from a used customer cup, which is very concerning. • Noise levels are disruptive — The staff tend to talk loudly, often louder than the customers — they talk about ongoing personal or work-related conversations make it hard to enjoy the space. • Inconsistent quality — The drinks taste different every time, which makes me think the team isn’t strictly following SOPs when preparing orders. • Poor customer service — Once, my milk tea spilled because the seal wasn’t done properly. No one offered assistance or even a napkin—I had to rely on the one in my bag.

Honestly, if it weren’t for the fact that my child really loves your milk tea, I wouldn’t keep coming back to this branch. I truly hope you can look into these issues and help improve the service. Your brand deserves better...

The food and drinks were good, however, here are some things about this particular that could use some improvement.

In terms of professionality, the voices of the staff at the back were noticeably loud and are preoccupied with their chatter. Because of this, they weren't able to immediately accommodate customers. In relations to this, the staff could also improve their attitude and tone when talking to us, customers. They could be a lot more friendly and accommodating. The place was uncomfortably warm. The airconditioning was poor. It took an unusually long time to finish our order even though we were the only ones there at the time.
