Fumiko Rina Acop Restaurant & Resort — Restaurant in San Juan

Sadly the good reviews don't do it justice at all. We (luckily) booked for 1 night. We checked in and the lady was very helpful, showed us the dorm and we got to choose the bed we would stay in. However, upon returning to the hostel we found our beds were taken and nobody was there to assist. We woke up the person sleeping there and they said this space was assigned to them. We then just found an empty space with no blanket to lay down for the night. In the morning we tried to find someone to complain to but the place was just empty and deserted. At 7:35 we gave up and moved on. It also mentioned 'free breakfast' we do wonder when their breakfast takes place then 🤷🏼‍♂️. Spend a couple more pesos for a decent hostel this place is absolutely not...

I had an amazing experience in Fumiko It is a great hostel with family vibes I spent more than a week there and didn't want to leave. Seemed like all the other guests were feeling the same Rina the owner is particularly friendly and we had a lot of fun with her The food is really good and the prices reasonable It is also a nice place if you like to sing karaoke 🎤😁🎶 I'm looking forward to come back ! Went inside, girlfriend got attacked by a dog. Wanted to eat there, got placed next to karaoke although we said three times we just wanna eat something. Didn't get a menu or anything. Staff was acting as if they were on drugs. We where then told that there is a poster on the wall where we can check what kind of food they offer. When we tried to order they told us the food we choose was currently not available. Left immediately. Really...
