The food was good as usual but the SERVICE COULD BE WAY BETTER with their staff in the KTV section, especially their manager there.
When we were about to settle the bill upon our last hour, we were gathering our stuff to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind and some of us also went to the bathroom. Apparently, this took us 8 mins over a new hour charged to our room.
They didn’t even notify us about going over another hour EVEN THOUGH they informed us that they were about to close. The manager didn’t care whatsoever when we told him that we went over 8 mins because we were making sure we had all our stuff since we were a group of 15. We were THE ONLY people in their KTV area, so they had no lines and no other customers waiting. Seems like the manager did this on purpose.

Booked a private room here for a small birthday party some time in September 2022. Asked their staff to keep a cake we bought in their chiller for an hour or so because the icing would melt. They took it but never placed it inside their chiller. I would have appreciated it if they had told us that it wasn't allowed, we would have happily kept it inside our room.
As we were about to leave, a group of 20-something year olds were trying to carry a drunk friend down the stairs. I'm sympathetic to their struggles and couldn't help but notice that there were no security nor staff that even bothered to help them.

An affordable place to dine and drink. At first you might think that it is a small place because the car entrance is small, it could fit one car at a time. But once you are at the back portion you will see the parking space fronting a car wash. So you can have your car washed while you eat.
The actual entrance to the restaurant is located in the corner. The actual restaurant is on the 3rd floor. The staff are really friendly and courteous. Sisig is a must-try. The prices of the food and drinks are reasonable.
