Jollibee — Restaurant in San Pablo

I recently had a disappointing experience at Jollibee San Pablo Mall. While I was still eating and some of my companions (3 kids and 2 adults) went to the bathroom, one of the crew members started cleaning our area, dragging chairs, and even sweeping under our table without a proper excuse. They even swept near my feet (broom touched my feet), which felt very disrespectful. It seemed like the staff member was frustrated with their work, and it really affected our dining experience. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable.

One of the busiest and crowded Jollibee branches around San Pablo City but this one has an excellent and fast service. However, the food is disappointing especially whenever I order their Chickenjoy meal because the chicken is always small, and sometimes it's half cooked.. I guess it depends how many customers they get at the time of the day. I happened to visit during lunch time so I think they rush on frying...

Due to our family business, we are close with some staffs of this branch. This branch is accommodating and of good service. Chickenjoy will always be one of the best, partnered with Palabok. I also love the peach mango pie. I just hope that they improve their security, cleanliness...
