Chowking — Restaurant in Santo Tomas

Had the same really bad experience today from Chowking Santo Tomas. We waited for almost an hour for our simple order for 3 people. I expected for the present manager to speak with us about our concern but none. Unapologetic people and does not seem to be concerned about what happened. Seems refunding their customers money is just a normal situation for them. What a shame! Special mention to their manager who doesn't seem to be customer oriented, wondering how did he become one. Anyways, lucky to those do not experience the same...

Early morning breakfast. Too lucky, the staff was at their mood, orders are right.

I was reading comments. Not much good. I do not know if the service will be still good after lunch when customers are too many. But as far as my experience this morning. I am satisfied. Thank you

My orders: 1st visit Beef Chao Fan with Fried Beef Siomai, Tofu, Chinese Kangkong (w/o Bagoong), Pineapple...

Bad experience here, all the customers who ordered before me already finished eating and Im still here waiting for my simple order of Chao Fan bowl...

Update: I ended up refunding my order after waiting for more than 45 minutes, I already asked at the counter at 15minute mark. The counter crew and especially the manager who gave me my refund was unapologetic, no emotions or any words came out from the manager's face. Never ever going back to this...
