I recently dined at Zaika, a newly opened Indian restaurant at Lianas and was delighted by the authentic flavors and warm ambiance. The samosas were perfectly crisp, filled with flavorful spiced potatoes. The aromatic butter chicken was a rich and creamy delight, complemented by the naan that was soft and freshly baked. The mutton biryani was a true standout, with tender meat and fragrant rice. To end the meal on a sweet note, the gulab jamun was delicious – a delectable combination of sweetness and cardamom-infused syrup. Each dish showcased the chef's mastery of Indian cuisine adjusted to the Filipino palate, making it a must-visit for any food enthusiast. A few constructive comments on the place, we came at 11:15am and majority of the food on the menu were still not available. We had to wait close to 30 mins for the food to be served because it was still being cooked. The restaurant should prepare earlier so that the food options are readily available by the time they open at 11am. It is best to come here past 12pm to avoid this inconvenience. Peak hours are during dinner time as per the staff. That being said, everything else was great.

Zaika Restaurant offers a truly authentic and high-quality dining experience with its fantastic Indian cuisine. Each dish is packed with rich, complex flavors that taste both fresh and genuine, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to using high-quality ingredients. The food portions are notably generous, ensuring that you get excellent value for your money. Beyond the delicious food, the staff contributes significantly to the pleasant atmosphere, providing a warm and welcoming service that makes you feel right at home. While the overall experience at Zaika is outstanding, the one minor drawback is the somewhat limited or difficult-to-find parking. This can be a bit of a challenge, especially during peak hours. However, this small inconvenience is well worth it for the delicious, flavorful meals and the exceptional service you receive once inside. For anyone craving authentic Indian food with generous portions and a pleasant dining environment, Zaika Restaurant is an excellent choice.
