I recently dined at Zaika, a newly opened Indian restaurant at Lianas and was delighted by the authentic flavors and warm ambiance. The samosas were perfectly crisp, filled with flavorful spiced potatoes. The aromatic butter chicken was a rich and creamy delight, complemented by the naan that was soft and freshly baked. The mutton biryani was a true standout, with tender meat and fragrant rice. To end the meal on a sweet note, the gulab jamun was delicious – a delectable combination of sweetness and cardamom-infused syrup. A few constructive comments on the place, we came at 11:15am and majority of the food on the menu were still not available. We had to wait close to 30 mins for the food to be served because it was still being cooked. The restaurant should prepare earlier so that the food options are readily available by the time they open at 11am. It is best to come here past 12pm to avoid this inconvenience.
