Must’ve been the WORST samgyupsal experience we’ve ever had. There were limited selections of meat despite it being priced higher than the usual kbbq price. There’s no flavored drink or iced tea included in the bundle. The unlimited was really unlimited, there was an hour an a half time limit!!! The worst part is, the SERVING CREWS!!! They were beyond degrading and disrespectful, every time I was asking for a favor to refill the meat and other side dishes, I was being ignored and given a “talk to my hand” gesture!!! Very very unattentive staff. After the initial meat and stuff are brought to you, the staff does not care to check if you need more meat or sides. The tray of meat is clearly empty and my sides depleted water glasses empty. No service whatsoever after they get you in. I have to ask multiple times to get some more sides and another tray of meat. The second tray of meat came and it looked nothing like the first tray. They got lazy and didnt even bother to make it look appetizing. The manager was busy taking pictures for facebook and does not give a damn if I need more meat or drinks. It was our fault that we missed to check this branch's review. We were used to eating in The Premier in BF Paranaque, so we know food and customer service is good.

Unfortunately it was the opposite.

First, we came 730 pm and they alerted that they are open until 830 pm. They completed serving all items - 750 pm.

Their staff don't know proper customer service. They will only serve you when you ask for it - take note - it's the initial round. Most Korean restaus would initially provide all side dish or ask what you want - but here, NO.
