Terrible service. Our group of 30 dined in. Waited for quite some time while the rest went shopping in the nearby stall. Table was not set. Food came in slowly in batches, dimsum served without sauce, drinks was put on the table without glasses. Would have ordered more food but was told the restaurant was out of stock already. Understood the lack of manpower but the staff member needs to be a tad more cheerful - could have forgiven the lack of customer service but the staff’s annoyed face and demeanour left us second guessing ourselves if this restaurant really deserved our business. Mind you the restaurant apart from four diners and our group was not even packed. Worst is the chicken served was already bad- it has a rancid aftertaste - when we spoke to the manager- we he manager remarked, “ganon po Talaga yon”. Oh my God. She could have rejected us if the restaurant could not handle us. Manager could have managed our expectations by letting us know food will take time to prepare, etc, but no explanation is given. Utterly disappointing- Management should take a look into staff having enough rest for them not to project their fatigue to their customers. After finishing my meal, I asked for the bill. I waved several times at a staff member who walked by, but they deliberately ignored me and walked away. The service attitude was careless, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of respect for customers.
This was a very disappointing visit, and I will definitely not be...
