Lovely apartment - I spent a week in this apartment and loved it. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the fresh air and cool breeze are a welcome change from the heat of Manila. The apartment is bright and clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The rooms being rented out, aren't rented out by the hotel directly but by people who own rooms here. They will send a confirmation telling you your reservation is ready days in advance only to let you know that isn't the case when you arrive. The hotel isn't responsible for whether or not your host decides to show and won't give you accommodations in a worse case scenario. A 4 nights stay over the New Year. Living partly in the vicinity of hot Manila it is nice to take a trip to Tagaytay to cool the body and take advantage of the choice of restaurants with scienc view there. The place was well furnished, clean, the balcony had a fantastic view all over Taal lake, vulcano, the eyes even reaching as far as Mindoro, provided a good visibility.
