Starbucks™ - Summit Ridge Tagaytay — Restaurant in Tagaytay

Ambience: just like other branches, it also has an indoor and outdoor sitting area. It is a December afternoon, so when my kids wanted to sit outside, i expect to enjoy the extra cool breeze of tagaytay air while sipping hot starbucks, and i did. The cafe as with other branches have minimal decors.

Food: my kids really loved starbuck's four cheese flat bread, i on the hand loved the cinnamon rolls. I also had their signature hot chocolate, while my kids had chocolate chip frappe. The taste is standard with other branches. Sweet.

Service: fast service but due to influx of customers, had to wait in line for 10mins. No problem though, after getting my order, our beverages are served in just a couple of minutes.

Parking: it is located within the robinson complex beside the summit ridge. Although parking space is ample, at peak hours and peak season, it tends to get full.

Accessibility: easily located along the main road of tagaytay, along commercial area and can be easily found using...

I’m not sure if the male staff on duty today was a new hire or not but he messed up a lot on my drink. So I’m lactose intolerant and asked with coconut milk but no whipped cream. When I mentioned to him that requested no whipped cream after the drink was made, he proceeded to scoop out the whipped cream from the drink that’s already contaminated. I had to throw away my drink because no Starbucks drink is worth the pain I would get on the road. I wish this branch had better customer service.

The staff were great even if there was a line outside they soldiered on. However they ran out of hot white mocha which made me sad because I fell in line for a long time out in the cold and come my time to order they don't have it available😞 Maybe for the sake of those falling in line outside the store, a sign or an update of whats not available will really be appreciated. I know its an extra mile but it would give customer an option to still wait and think about another order or leave to check another...
