I like this branch ksi One time my toddler and I went there and didnt know they only accept cash. Sabi ko balik nalang ako even though I was in a hurry ksi to go lang tlaga un. So when I got the cash got back I was surprised they still processed my order and the food was ready to be picked up kahit wla pang bayad. I'm used to the wait as BonChon ensures orders are freshly cooked but I still wish they were as tasty as the 1st few years BonChon opened to the Philippine market. Ordered our food at 7:03pm and received our food 7:45pm. Buns and coleslaw of the sandwich was cold. On top of that, our drinks had a fly in it and the MANAGER even made a comment behind my back saying "bakit di nila nakita". Absolutely horrible experience. Bonchon corporate should retrain the whole team.
