Bradley's Grill and Bulalo — Restaurant in Tagaytay

I think this is the same restaurant as "Bradley's Restaurant", so I will rate it the same. I rated this as 1 star because of their very poor service. We ordered at around 6:30pm and waited for about an hour ( we follow up our order to the waiters every now and then) but still our ordered was'nt served. Until one of my friends went to the cashier and directly asked, but they said we dont have our orders yet! Then we pointed the one who took our orders and he just said "HA?! "... We're very "HANGRY" that time. Good thing the other waiter served us right away. It was our worst experience!!! They dont have a proper system when taking orders. Kung baga labo-labo. It doesnt matter if you ordered first or last they just put the tabs in the counter without any system! They have many staff but some are just bumming around. Such a waste of money. The food hetr is just normal. I woudnt eat...

The food is not what we expected,very dry pancit and no taste at all, no vegetable on the "bulalo". The service is very poor. No one is attending to us.They just left the plates and utensils at side and also the foods.My friend serve us the food. We tried to call for the waiter that served our food and take note he was just looking at our direction and "SMOKING" Is that even allowed while you are serving customers? When we billed out we are very annoyed when we saw that they have a 10% service charge.Like seriously? I think the employees need to improve on...

It's was an expensive meal. We waited so long for our meal to be served. We asked how come their bulalo is special, they said it's because it had corn. But when served, no corn can be found. Maybe our bulalo was not that special after all haha. Then came the kare kare with peanut butter I think instead of ground nuts because it was sweet. And their pinakbet was also sweet. But all in all it was still good food and a nice place...
