The experience my group had during our recent visit to your restaurant in Tagaytay. We went there excited for a quick bulalo food trip, and while we initially enjoyed our meal, the situation took a very unpleasant turn.

We ordered a variety of dishes including sisig, chopsuey, tawilis, and bulalo. The food was decent, but as we were nearing the end of our bulalo, we noticed a used piece of aluminum foil in the soup. This was not only a huge shock but also very concerning from a hygiene standpoint, as it raised serious questions about the cleanliness and food safety practices at your establishment.

We immediately brought this to the attention of your staff, expecting at least an apology or some form of resolution. Unfortunately, to our surprise, no sincere apology was offered, nor were any efforts made to address the issue or offer any compensation. It was very disheartening to see how the situation was handled with complete disregard for the customer experience.

As a food business, maintaining high standards of sanitation and ensuring that all dishes are served in a safe and clean manner should be a priority. This incident has left us with a negative impression of Bulalo Capital, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to avoid such issues in the future.

We left the restaurant feeling very unsatisfied, not because of the food itself, but because of the lack of professionalism in addressing a serious concern. I trust you will take this matter to heart and make sure this doesn’t happen to...

NOT COMING BACK EVER AGAIN. We went here last July 09 around 1:30pm and there were 9 of us. We reserved ourselves with the attendant on the entrance and even asked our phone number to call us when there is available table. After waiting for 30mins we came back and there's no table then we waited again up to an hour but when I came back to the entrance the attendant was already gone and there were walk-ins catered so where was the lady in charge for reservations that even asked our phone number to call? she's gone. then I asked the waiter if there are any available tables then he gave us like it didn't cost a minute for us to be prepared on a table. So it's like we've waited almost 1 hour and a half to be exact then be catered like no reservations for just a minute. Worst service ever! Not only that but also when we ordered their combo for about 3.5k php for like we waited 45minutes and few follow-ups they didn't even said the sisig was not available while we were ordering and when all our food was already served that was the time they said it wasn't available and we chose other options like lechon kawali which was very dry and already cold. We'll not definitely come back here never again and will not recommend stay away from this establishment worst of the worst service if there's a word for that. Have to also note there was no receipt given but only a docket which is not an...

I went here last Thursday for our Anniversary lunch. Staffs were approachable and assisted us to our seats. Btw I ordered Bulalo, sisig and Crispy kangkong. My fiance handed me the bulalo and tasted it. It was good BUT in the middle of our lunch he scooped a worm from our Bulalo which was a 1 inch long. I called the waiter and pointed out the worm and he just said, "wait lang po maam", he went back with something that I clearly assumed that he will be just getting the worm out of the bulalo. (Yuck) and then there! I said you should replace it. You dont expect us to eat that after what we saw. That was the only time he took it to the kitchen and replaced it. But then again who would trust to eat the new one after all. I ended up losing my appetite. And had the rest of the food to take out with the new bulalo that they still charged on our bill. The manager just waive the service charge which I dont find resolving the concern. Since I had this stomach ache since after we went there until Friday. I tried reaching out the page to assist me with their customer service team which they just seen the message without responding. I opted to do it first since it was a hassle to go back since we were from Manila. Since I haven't received any response from them I just shared nalang my feedback here so people would be careful mostly to those who bring their children. Not a safe...

Accessibility: located right beside tagaytay's main road, it is accessible to both public and private vehicles. Parking: they have parking space in front and at the back of the restaurant. It will be crowded on peak days. Wheelchair accessible for ground floor space. Going up the 2nd floor will be challenging for wheel chair Ambience: festive feel. The design is unique and gives the feeling that what you will eat here is authentic. Food: at 1650 pesos we had 2 big servings of bulalo, it tasted ok. It is served hot, clear soup. Basic bulalo. The meat is really big, but not as soft as other bulalo in the area. It includes tawilis which is really good. Sizzling sisig which is ok. A platter of rice and pitcher of iced tea. We ordered additional food such as crunchy kangkong which tasted good and Fried chicken is also ok. The food os affordable given the location of the restaurant. Videoke room: We opted to eat inside one of their videoke rooms which is 300/hr (non aircon which i don't advise, Even if it was raining during our visit, the room tends to get hot with all the energy and singing inside) there is only 1 mic, so singing duets is not encouraged. 😏 The sound of the mic and speakers is good. The songbook contains modern song. Staff and service: short waiting time, fast reaction from staff

We visited the restaurant last Wednesday around pass 7 PM, and while the service was attentive and friendly, we had some concerns about the food. Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids ordered the Super Special Bulalo, a platter of rice, Lechon Kawali, half a fried chicken, and a pitcher of iced tea, with a total bill of over 3,000 PHP. The bulalo was served in two bowls, and while we appreciated the portion size, my sister-in-law noticed that the corn in one of the bowls didn’t seem fresh and spoiled from the bowl of my husband and her husband. At the time, we decided not to bring it up since we were ready to leave. However, later that evening, a few of us, including my husband, her husband began experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law, who ate the leftovers take away, also became ill. We understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but we hope that extra care can be taken in the future to ensure the freshness and safety of the food. We really appreciated the good service, but sadly, we won’t be returning after this experience.

Came for lunch with a friend. Their bulalo was so-so nothing spectacular. Place does not have proper ventilation. It gets hot and crowded. Staff needs to improve. They have a lot of service staffs but only few are serving. Most of them were chit-chatting on the side. Some, also did not properly wear their facemasks. It was pulled down under their noses which makes wearing it totally pointless. They served our order at the wrong table first, then they served to us upon realizing their mistake. (Knowing theres an ongoing pandemic, they should be conscious in handling orders). Price were too pricey and not worth the money. Literally, came only here for the view and their sisig.
