Inside the store, it's clean and well-kept, with a modern, welcoming vibe. They’ve got a self-ordering kiosk, which is super handy when the line at the counter gets long. Plus, there's a veranda area perfect for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view. There are tons of tables, and sometimes birds even land on the empty ones — which adds to the chill atmosphere!

The service was fast and impressive. Right after we paid at the counter, our order was ready almost instantly. I also appreciated how alert and cheerful the staff were. One crew member even ran out to return a wallet someone had left behind — super attentive!

Tried this for the first time, and honestly, the flavor combo when you take a bite is straight-up bomb. The patty, cheese, sauce, and bun just hit perfectly together — simple but so good. It wasn't hot when served, but the flavor still delivered. I'd rate it an 11/10! The Royal Float paired perfectly with it, too. Creamy vanilla soft serve on top of fizzy soda? Super refreshing. I’d give the float an 8/10.

Read moreThe Drive Thru service is really poor. Drive Thru obviously mean that food is readily available with almost no waiting time. This store neglect to live up to this concept of food service.
Having to wait for food for Dine In customers is fine, even for FAST FOOD restaurants. To cater for Drive Thru and force customers to idle by a curb and inside their running vehicles for 10-15 minutes for 5 Burgers, fries and drinks is really below normal intelligence expected from a Global Brand.
This is not a first time incident. There were other incidents that happen to another customer 4 vehicles ahead of us in previous occation. Today it happened to us. 4-5 Vehicles at our back were served and pass ahead of us while our order took 15 minutes. The store was not even packed up to the door to cause unjust delay.of service.
The drinks were already diluted from the melted ice. Coke taste like Pepsi already. If the store is so packed that it will cause decline in service, they should not have allowed Drive Thru Customers to order, take the money and piss you...
