I had a Blueberry Cheesecake. The positive part was the jam was nice but the rest, the cheesecake part was bad the taste was not good, much worse was the cake bottom part that crumbled faster than a cookie. This is the evidence something is wrong or missing with the ingredients. The White Chocolate Mocha Froccino was too sweet and usually Mocha is intensiv you should have in best case a lite bitter taste but you don't have really a coffee taste. Very disappointing and not cheap!

There was no line and we were right in front of the cashier right away, ready to order. Unfortunately, the guy in front was busy tallying his receipts and maybe was doing some settlements. 2 others were just aligned with him, who are both busy too preparing take outs. Tried to be extra patient and waited for him to finish, until maybe around 15 mins passed, he lift his head to look across us pretending we were not right in front of him. I called his attention then and without looking at us, he said “wait lang sir ha!”. So, we stood there waited for another 5 to mins or so until we decided to leave. Such a bad service. Very unprofessional servers. I can’t wait till a stronger competitor will be around so they don’t act as if theyre the only coffee shop thats quite branded in the area. Never ever trying out here again even if this was my Mom’s usual waiting place...

We arrived at around 2:10.The cashier did not acknowledge me at first, and even left me waiting for about 2 minutes. After I ordered, I expected it to come around 5-10 minutes, but ended up getting our order of 4 aftr almost 30 minutes. The people that ordered after us got their orders first, and maybe it is understandable because we had 4 orders, but if this was a Starbucks? It would take only 10 minutes for an order of 10-15. The almost 30 minute wait was very dissapointing. Hoped and expected for good service, considering bo's coffee is one of Starbucks' competitors. The drinks were okay-ish, not as sweet as I'd like but good anyways. The only problem I have is...
