I just want to review about the coffee that I ordered via a food delivery app. I stated on the instructions or notes intended to the restaurant to add less sugar on the coffee that I ordered, but when I received my coffee and took sip of it, it was sooooo sweet that the sweetness would hurt my throat and feels like I’m drinking a glass of sugar not a coffee. It feels like diabetes is waving at me everytime I sip. And one more thing aside from the coffee, I also ordered an empanada, and base from my previous orders, usually they would reheat it but this time they did not — it was so cold, that I reckon the staff just grabbed it from the chiller then tossed it in the bag and had it delivered. Do the staff really read the notes of their customers from the delivery app? They could’ve at least called me if they could not change the ratio of the mixture of their drink so that I could’ve changed my order to another flavor or drink. I mean their food is good no question, but some of the drinks I don’t think so. I hope they would improve their service thru delivery apps because some of the customers has their own preferrences. I hope they would acknowledge this...
Read moreThe place is accessible for workers both from the mall and the building itself. Lots of people are grabbing coffee and chilling in the shop.
I ordered a chocolate cookie with pecan toppings. A bit sweet, but it was soft and had a good balance of texture and taste in the mouth.
The Apple cider drink was excellent. Tasted like Cali. My brother-in-law recommended it.
The coffees that we ordered are sweet. They weren’t labelled which one it was. I have no problem with this, but it might be a problem If it’s a group of people ordering different drinks simultaneously.
The menu for the drinks that were laid in the front of the counter was BLURRY. It might need improvement. People with eye problems might struggle to look at the menu cardboard- it’s more apparent if you take a photo of it, And there’s another menu...
Read moreI recently visited Seattle's Best Coffee and appreciated the convenient location, especially with the ease of parking. However, my experience with the beverages was less than ideal. I ordered a matcha latte explicitly without sugar, yet it turned out extremely sweet. When I raised this with the staff, they confirmed that no additional sugar was added and that the sweetness came from their matcha mixture.
As someone who makes matcha at home without any added sugar, I found this quite surprising and disappointing. The menu also lacked options for those looking to avoid sugar, with limited healthy choices available. Aside from tea and water, there wasn't much else on offer that fit my dietary preferences.
The staff was neither polite nor rude, but the overall experience left me wishing for more unsweetened and...
