This branch is one of those places you can spot without even trying - clear signs, accurate on the map, and since it’s right next to a gas station, finding parking is never a problem. The only tricky part is getting here during rush hour. The road in front can turn into a bottleneck that feels almost impossible to get through. But once you’re here, it’s worth it. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for anyone to access, especially those in wheelchairs or with strollers. I honestly can’t remember if they have a drive-thru, though.

The first thing I always notice when I walk in is how clean it is. The tables and floors are spotless, the counters are organized, and the restrooms are fresh and well-stocked. The trash bins are never overflowing, which says a lot about how much they care about keeping things tidy.

But my absolute favorite thing about this place is the staff. They’re genuinely friendly - the kind who smile not because they have to, but because they want to. They greet you warmly, serve with energy, and seem to actually enjoy their work. It makes the whole dining experience more pleasant.

The food here is always served at the right temperature and looks just like the menu pictures. The portions are fair for what you pay. If I’m honest, the flavor is a little mild sometimes, but I’ve noticed that many customers are elderly. I can’t help but think they tone down the seasoning for them - which, if true, is actually really thoughtful.

Orders come out on time, with all the details correct - from the food itself to the condiments and utensils. Prices are clear, reasonable for the area, and their meal combos give good value. They don’t have a rewards program, which is a bit of a missed opportunity, but not a deal-breaker.

Inside, the seating is comfortable and there’s plenty of it. The air conditioning works well, which is a must for me. They don’t have free Wi-Fi or special facilities for kids, but that’s fine - I usually come here just to eat and relax.

As for environmental efforts, it’s standard fast food packaging. Nothing eco-special, but I personally don’t mind since it’s the norm for this type of restaurant.

I waited for like 30 mins then it was insinuated my order was punched as "dine in" instead of "take out" (not very sure tho, but I waited from 3:57pm to 4:30pm!!!). I dont mind the hassle but when I came to the counter for the take outs, the manager hurried away! Instead of fixing the issue at hand, the customer-centered-minded manager get to the second floor! Very professional, very demure, very great customer service. Deserve this one star!
