Place is not so much inviting like other restaurants in the mall, since in many resto there's staff waiting in front of the door or someone will come out right away when they see people approaching and give them menu or they will offer table inside. Even so we decided to enter and try the food out. Interior is nothing special but not bad as well. Boneless chicken bbq was delicious, pansit which came with it was amazing as well, highly recommended. Liempo bbq on the other hand was bit chewy. Meal was served with 20mins waiting. On the other hand I noticed that people who came before me didn't yet get their meal. When you need attention from the waiter you need to arm yourself with patience. They are not really attentive and proffesional. Food good, if you have time to wait for it, service needs...

Customer service - poor. We were outside waiting for the staff to accommodate us, unfortunately they were just chitchatting even if they saw us already. They served the food without plate and cutlery and waited for another 5mins before it arrived. So if you’re in a hurry or hungry, this is not the place for you because serving time took 45mins. After they served our main food, they informed us that one of our order is out of stock which is the appetizer. Staff needs more training regarding customer service. They have enough manning but are not proactive and efficient.

Service was SLOW. We ordered 3 items (2 set meals, and 1 Pinakbet) and waited an hour for them.

Meal 1: Grilled Pompano with rice, drinks, and dessert. This was served 30 minutes after we ordered. Taste was good. But one side was burnt.

Meal 2: Pinakbet. Served ~40 mins after we ordered. This dish actually tasted great. Veggies were fresh and still crispy.

Meal 3: Chicken Inasal with rice, pancit, drinks, and dessert. This was served last. Around 1 hour after we ordered. You would expect everything was hot when it’s served. But the pancit was cold. Chicken inasal tasted like charcoal. But the meat was okay. I didnt bother complaining as it might take another hour to get the replacement....
