I decided to eat at Max’s restaurant Venice Mall because I haven’t tried that particular place, so I walked in at 1:30PM today February 16. Since no one is asking what I’m doing there I asked the lady where I can sit. She POINTED me to a table while saying “there”. I said to myself, it’s fine she must be tired. So I was waiting for the menu and here she comes throwing it to the table I front of me. OMG, I can’t believe it. I’m saying she threw it because the menu slides on the table instead of handing it to me. So I took a deep breath and in a calm manner I said, I’m sorry miss I don’t like this and I don’t like your service and went out the restaurant. So disappointing!! I like the Max's Restaurant in Venice. The restaurant occupies two floors facing the beautiful replica of grand canal glimmering with its turquoise water. We dined on the second floor overlooking the canal. The place also offers outside seats for an open and closer dining experience with the Grand Canal. The place has great lighting and the crews were respectfully engaging. There were instances though when the people in the kitchen spoke too loudly with each other.

We ordered their pork sinigang and spring chicken, and both tasted really good. The meat was super tender. The soup of the pork sinigang was perfect to a tee. Their spring chicken is a MUST TRY - crispy on the ouside, tender and juicy on the inside....
