Ramen noodles that are too unsanitary and dirty. I am Japanese, but I have never eaten such unsanitary and germ-ridden ramen. There are many 5's in the reviews, but I guess they must be some kind of campaign to make people write reviews. I have eaten this ramen twice and this time I already have a fever of 38.5 degrees for more than 3 days. Also he doesn't know the difference between chashu and kakuni in Japanese and another menu comes. I don't want to eat this ramen again and please don't use Japanese name. If this is really Japan, it is a shame of Japan. I have never had such ramen in Japan. Also my girlfriend who is Filipino also had high fever. It is really unhygienic, the waitresses are laughing and not cleaning, and they only charge 50peso for service. My weekend was ruined. What a joke. I don't want to give them even one star.
i couldn't go hospital due to high fever for 4 days. i needed to take sick leave and lost holidays for 7days since i came here. hospital will be suspicious for corona, so till i take pcr test, even i couldn't get proper medicine. and it took several days. cost was 6000peso in total. after i got result, i was not corona ofcourse.and doctors mentioned that is infection. absolutely this ramen store. i don't do any special things in a daily. rich taste? how much infections are in the ramen soup? if you rob human life or money or time, don't serve...
Read moreMy tradition when I visit the Philippines which I do about three times a year is to always have lunch at Ramen Nagi. I absolutely love this restaurant and we normally frequent the location at SM Aura in BGC. However that location is still a drive away from where I stay at the Ascott hotel. I was ecstatic to learn that Ramen Nagi opened up right across the street from me at the new One Bonifacio High Street Mall.
The location is convenient, the newly designed location is bright and open. But most importantly the food!!!! As always Ramen Nagi has the absolutely best Ramen soup and the absolutely best way of customizing your dish to your exact needs. Just fill our the form where you choose the type of broth, firmness of noodles, meat type, richness of flavor, veggies, level of spiciness and other choices.
Within a few short minutes a bowl of heavenly broth is brought to you to enjoy work a spoon and pair of chopsticks. It's one of the best dishes out there, if you haven't had Ramen before or never been to a Ramen Nagi do yourself a favor and find a location now. I highly recommend the new location, one benefit of checking this location out sooner than later is because it's so new the mall is practically empty. You will be treated like royalty.
I hope they open more locations in the States. I absolutely love this...
Read moreBad experience. We were only the 2nd table seated. It's way before lunch time, so it's pretty much empty. Not only did the order took super long to arrived. The waitress doesn't seem to know their job. While confirming our order, she go through the checklist one by one to make sure we ordered what we wanted. Off she goes, and a few moments later came back again to point out some part that we missed filling out. Fine, it's might be an honest mistake. Almost 1hr in, came back again and told us one of the ramen we ordered are not ready, persuaded us to change to another one. Umm OK, what else can we do? When the orders finally came, one of the ingredients that was said to be not ready was miraculously ready and serve with our ramen. Such a turn off. Food tasted below average, pork regardless of their cut are dry and just a plain disappointment. Not visiting again. Music is too loud too. It's not a...
