Active Fun Taguig — Attraction in Taguig

Yes, the play area is very fun for kids and their guardians! But what I’m here to complement is the STAFF!!!! They are VERY well trained. When another customer became angry that our two year old son coughed while not wearing a mask (our son isn’t sick he was just choking on his saliva from playing so hard) that customer approached the staff to complain. He also yelled at my wife directly. We didn’t appreciate how that customer communicated their feelings. But we did gain a TON of respect for how the staff handled everything. They respected both parties as well as their own policy. The staff approached us to let us know a customer was requesting we put a mask on our son while not trying to pressure us to do so (as it’s not their policy). And when that customer approached my wife directly (with anger) the staff offered to help our son go down the slide, etc. as a way to help us to continue to feel welcome and safe.

We are happy to see the staff respect the other customers feelings while also respecting our feelings. Honestly we were so impressed.

We brought our daughter, niece, and nephew here. The highlight of this indoor playground is the long slide. It is on the corner of the floor. The space is just right. It is well ventilated, aircon is great. But they need a bit of interior updating—fixing, improvements, paints.

On top of the slide, they have one staff member that controls the traffic of kids going down the slide. They sanitize kids' hands too before sliding, which is wonderful.

There is a toilet inside the play area which is good but does smell at times.

My 2.5 yo toddler (together with yaya flor) had a lot of fun here for 3 hours! We availed their unlimited play. She had so much fun that she didn't want to go home! 😩 playground was big and high, certified clean with cradle products, padded, safe, colorful. There were many toys and activities available. One good thing too is there was an eating area and kiddie food being served there. Not a boring place to leave your kids while parents shop.hehe.
