Hidden Gem in Tarlac: A Foodie's Paradise
If you're from Tarlac and haven't discovered this hidden gem yet, trust me, you're missing out on a significant part of your life! I recently visited a place recommended by my best friend, who had celebrated a birthday there. As a Kapampangan, I’m known to have high standards when it comes to food, and I’m not easily impressed. But let me tell you, this place absolutely exceeded my expectations.
The highlight of my experience was their Sisig – it was crispy, flavorful, and had that perfect balance of savory goodness that made every bite irresistible. The Papaitan was another star, packed with rich, bold flavors that had just the right amount of bitterness, complementing the tender meat perfectly. And the Lechon Kawali – oh my goodness – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Every dish was a masterpiece, each bite better than the last.
If you’re a food lover looking for authentic, mouth-watering Filipino dishes, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended! You’ll definitely leave with a satisfied stomach and a promise to come...
Read moreFirst time dining here. Our client took us here for lunch. My colleagues love this place! 😍 Our client said, the place is usually packed. So he was surprised to see an empty restaurant. He was relieved to know that they have food available. As soon as we got seated, more and more customers came in. Then the place became packed once again! The food is great! It's so much worth going there. We ordered Caldereta Kambing, Crispy Pork Sisig, Kampukan, Papaitan and Adobo, some rice and fresh buko juice. It was heaven!!! The flavors were just bursting in our mouths. 😋🤤 I wanna dine there again, the next time we...

The menu is just a handful and everything is goat but i think it is good since you will not be having a hard time choosing. Everything was very tasty and soft for a goat and it doesn't have that "mapanghi" smell that goat vials usually have. They only lack group meals which i think would be nice since families usually go there. Overall I think it was the place to go if you want goat or even if it is your first time...
