Pizza Hut SM Taytay — Restaurant in Taytay

This review is only based from their take-out service. I can't personally talk about the dine-in experience given I haven't dined there recently.

I'd first like to sing their praises: the people who work here are very cordial to their customers. The staff that I've seen converse with customers are nothing but kind and respectful. The take-out counter also processes each customer's order in a timely manner.

Next: the prices. I really appreciate that they're still introducing promos like the Buy 1 Take 1 deal to the customers (though the price is almost like we're just paying for two pizzas with a discount.) Though if you're a customer on a budget, you may find the prices a bit too much.

Now, some downsides: I found the Panalo Cheesy Bacon flavor a bit too salty for my taste. The Hawaiian is still great, but if I were to recommend anything, go for the Supreme.

As a former Pizza Hut franchise owner I am appalled at the food I was served at the Pizza Hut in SM Taytay. They are not following franchise guidelines nor are they serving Pizza Hut food. The mozzarella sticks are orange and disgusting. Not crispy at all. The fried chicken is the worst ever and also bright orange. This is not the fried chicken that Pizza sells. This is some cheap substitute that shouldn’t be sold by any Pizza Hut. I ordered a pan pepperoni pizza and it came with no pizza sauce. I made them redo it and they watered down the pizza sauce and the crust was damp and wet. I will be filing a complaint with the franchise department at Pizza Hut in the USA. we ordered the bundle of medium pizza with 2 chicken with rice and 2 cream of mushroom soup for 699 and an additional 4pcs chicken wings for 216 pesos. food was served in less than 10 minutes. the cream of mushroom was okay, same as the canned one you can get from the grocery. the chicken pieces were small but with a huge serving of rice, the chickend wings were also small but flavorful. overall all it was okay. there was also a service...
