much awaited but twas a disappointment. sierra valley doesn’t have enough parking space. they even have this muddy parking area that is not even well lighted. going back to conti’s we’re a family of 10. an eager beaver to eat a slice of my fave mango bravo and get to try the ube cake. well… staff were accommodating but.. they made as wait while the 1st floor is even empty. we cramped in a corner and my mistake, i gave them the benefit of the doubt that you know. it’s late and occupying that upper level would be an additional space for them to clean. anyways. we ordered the following (pics attached).., the mango salad is ok but the iceberg lettuce were not fresh, as you can see from the pic it’s already wilted 🙄🙄 the pork spare ribs which is not obviously from the ribs. tough, dry and cold 🙄🙄 the sotanghon which is didn’t even order but of course, for the sake of being considerate… i just told my mom. no worries, let’s eat it. and it was again cold, noodles overcooked and bland 😒😏 the seafood pasta is too spicy 😏😒 the palabok is basic and nothing special 🙄🙄 the iced tea at least was good 😂🤣 the water, my niece complained.. tap water!? tasted bad 😖😖 only one good thing, the baked salmon 💜💜 finally something good, right the order taker, that girl! my goodness. train her to listen please. only one staff is ok, forgot his name. tried to fix the mishaps. before i forget, they opened the upper level for other guests 😒😏

i don’t recommend this branch, at all. the branch manager is weak as i see it. busy with his own life, i guess. not checking on the kitchen, the dining area and the guests. too...

Ordered some food and desserts including Halo-halo for a pick-up order (about 5 minutes from my location). Some of the food tasted like it's starting to spoil already, particularly the halo-halo. It wasn't sweet like it didn't have sweetener in it. It was also giving a sour taste and a bit if a weird smell. Thankfully, we didn't get sick. We had to throw out some of the food, some were rescuable if you recook them and give it some flavour.

I also ordered a mango bravo cake. It didn't taste the best and could use up a different recipe on some layers of the cake. The only thing I liked from it was the frosting. The rest of the food were sub-par also. Overpriced for the taste of food and quality of service.

Makes you wonder if they are serving you left-overs from previous days or food that's been left out for some time.

I wasn't able to contact them during my trip as I don't live in the Philippines. But I hope they receive a retraining and review of their employees regarding how they do their work, how they manage the store, their standards, the quality of food, and...

My husband and I had dinner in Conti's Sierra Valley last Valentine's Day. We used to dine in Conti's Connecticut, Serendra and Megamall hence we're familiar with their service. But this one was the worst. We ordered for Conti's special salad, crispy pork, beef salpicao, molo soup and strawberry shake. The orders took more than an hour to be served and we have to make constant follow up for each order coz apparently they missed to get all our orders. They should have served the salad first but it was served last. Their rice is not cooked properly which was very disappointing coz we're so hungry already, only to be served uncooked rice as in bigas pa yata yun. By the way, my husband get there at quarter to 7pm and ordered already since I'll be coming from Makati and my ETA is at 7:15 and I am hungry already. Unfortunately, the food arrived in tranches starting 8+pm already. I do not recommend this restaurant. Super...
