Pizza Max - Tariq Road — Restaurant in undefined

Food was good - services the guy who served was nice helpful polite but there came another one we asked him to clean the messy table & clear the table for us so we could shift in front of the air conditioning table he said it’s clean you can come over. When we did it was all sticky dirty with sauces sticking around the table, menu, sofas were dirty too. So, we cleaned it over-selves again the guy who took the order came back we told him bless him he gave us clean crockery & changed plates. Atmosphere I don’t want to mention a big 🐀 as soon as we finished the food & was about to take away the left over pizza & mozzarella sticks we ordered I saw a big rat 🐀 hiding under the AC unit. I called the staff to just trap it before it messes up with the business as that is simply unhygienic & unacceptable. I couldn’t eat the food after neither thinking of eating the leftover we packed up from there as that rat kept trying come out & go hide under the unit again. I hope they have cleared their pizza max by now as it’s been three weeks until I saw that rat there. I was looking for Pizza Hut & google threw me...

It was always great experience to dine in at pizza max garden br, but as per the news of haadsa its true that they are not maintaining cleaning standards. Went there today after being so much tired ordered deal of large pixza and pitcher with nuggets, pizza was ok with raw chicken chunks but i was amazed to see nuggets that they were cold as ice wasnt fried properly and excuse which i heard its frozen ma'am as we will.let our kid eat raw nuggets. Broom and mop was lying in dining area , so called dustbin was overflowed with all trash and kitchen my my i was starting vomiting to see that filthy kitchen. This was our last visit to that branch or pizza max bye bye. My husband didnt allow me to take pics else i would have...

The food was great, hot and fresh and very yummy. Peri bites are delicious! The workers were also quite attentive, Ms. hira and Ms. Sonia 🥰💖

The condition of the restaurant floors and bathroom was horrible. The workers kept using the same bathrooms constantly, and it smelled like a trains bathroom, no hand wash and there were long plucked hairs...
