One day, we waited by the sign at the entrance for the staff to arrive. We waited for five minutes before a waiter finally came. When we asked for a table, they looked at us confused and told us to sit anywhere we want. After we ordered a special "happy hour" drinks, the server never returned. They chose to clean the garden instead, and half an hour after we had finished our drinks, they came to us with the bill, essentially to kick us out. The place looked nice though, so we gave it another try the next day. This time, we were admonished for not waiting at the entrance for a server. We explained that we had waited for nearly five minutes again, and that it clearly hadn't been necessary the day before. The server then gave us a long explanation about how it was, in fact, absolutely necessary. Once they realized we only planned to order drinks, the service was similar to the previous day: we got our first round of drinks, and then the server ignored us for over an hour, despite our empty glasses, until closing time. This was even though only two other tables in the garden were occupied, and the staff walked past us several times. Based on the reviews, they probably cook well, but it's definitely not a place for an evening drink or a beer.

Read moreI have a rule, not to eat in restaurants that have pictures of food at the front. It’s kept me well fed in new places. I realised too late however due to the line at front, trumping my other senses. Will be more aware in the future. In spite of the line we got a table super quickly. Now to what matters; The food. We ordered fish soup, meat pierogi & grilled fish (Dorsz). The fish was fresh, well spiced and cooked perfectly. The side salads unfortunately quite acidic and all tasted the same. Pierogi had lots of filling but no flavour. Soup was OK. Service, not the strongest both in timings and smiles. It’s the only place we went to whilst here so perhaps it’s great eating is deserved in comparison? Price: we thought it was in expensive coming from abroad about 35 euro for the food and drinks (beer, cocktail, sparkling water, ice coffee). We probably wouldn’t go back not that it was particularly bad just not particularly great. It’s a...
Read moreLovely restaurant close to the beach. I had the mixed fish dinner. I wasn't impressed. All the fish was cooked the exact same. Covered with flour and seasoning and fried. It all tasted the same. I would have thought a mixxed fish meal would showcase the fish in different ways but it was laziliy done. Indidnt know what kind of wish I was eating at any stage. Recommend to separate the fish and cook them differently. Let people see the flavours of the fish. Tartar sauce was bland. Staff was very good N very helpful. But overall atmosphere is lacking.
Its extremely busy though. Always queues out the food. Prices are the best around. Not...
