FUTU SUSHI — Restaurant in Białystok

Iv eaten a fair amount of Sushi in my lifetime, trough Europe and USA. If this was the best Sushi in town, than a hot dog from Orlen is definitely no.2. Ordered a Miso Soup to start. It was Alright, way more seaweed than it should have. Than got a seaweed salad,it was good. AS its hard to make a seaweed salad taste bad. We have ordered a set of 32pcs to share. It was probably the worst made Sushi iv eaten so far. 3 things Rice was not sticky enough and rolls were not compressed together firmly. Rolls were cut way to Thick as there were ment to be eaten by Piggs,not Humans. 3rd. And the worse fish was bad ,smelly and almost had slime on the top. It was probably put out at 10am when they opened the restaurant and it was out on 27 Celsius till we ordered at 8pm without being refrigerated. Restauracje Futu sushi znam dobrze ponieważ często biorę tu jedzenie na wynos. Tym razem zdecydowałem się na lunch. Do tej pory nigdy na tutejszych daniach się nie zawiodłem. Ciekawostką jest że restauracja serwuje od dawna sushi bez ryżu które to np. w Warszawie buńczucznie nazywane jest „pierwszym w Polsce keto sushi”. Tak więc futu podaje to od co najmniej 2 lat. W dniu dzisiejszym zamówiłem 2 razy takie właśnie sushi bez ryżu i 2 rodzaje Tatara - łagodny z łososia i na ostro z tuńczyka. Lokal sam w sobie przyjemny aczkolwiek nie wyróżnia się niczym specjalnym. Obsługa jest zawsze pomocna, składniki świeże a właściciel podczas rozmowy przyznał kiedyś że jeżdżą na różne warsztaty czy też konkursy sushi. Jakość widać w każdym daniu. Co do dzisiejszego zamówienia : Trio roll klasyczne czuć samą rybę a właściwie 3 jej rodzaje. W takim zestawieniu najważniejsze jest aby ryba była świeżutka i taka właśnie jest. Druga pozycja to sashimi roll zawierająca tuńczyka, łososia , krewetkę w panko plus ogórek i avocado. Ryby naprawdę bardzo dużo a smak rewelacyjny - brawo. Tatar z łososia również bez zarzutu bardzo fajnie doprawiony ale co ważne na tyle dyskretnie że smak ryby pozostaje na pierwszym planie. Tatar z tuńczyka też bez zarzutu. Podsumowując jest to najlepsze sushi jakie jadłem w Białymstoku i ogólnie jedno z najlepszych jakie jadłem kiedykolwiek. Pięknie podane i świetnej jakości. Wrócę tu na pewno. Polecam wszystkim a właścicielom gratuluję.

The food is great, with good presentation and a reasonable range of choices. The lunch menu is one of the best in Białystok, with great choice and good price.

The service is a bit on the slower side but thankfully it never feels rushed. The presentation of the "expanding" napkin is a nice touch that shows attention to details.
