First of all, as other reviewers mentioned, the owner / service are rather rude. I've been there twice. I let it slide the first time but it was the same the second time around. First time around, before even saying anything, the owner noticed a small, half full bottle of water we had and straight away rudely said we can throw it away or he won't let us in. Very negative vibes. As other customers we also paid for food and drinks there so we weren't sitting there for free. Don't bother with this place if you don't want to have your good humour spoiled. Also the basement is overrated, dark, poorly decorated. The food is just ok. They could definitely use some training in modern customer service. Extremely insecure about people not spending money there and I guess they create a self-fulfilling prophecy as I definitely won't be spending my money there and advise others not to do so either. I definitely don't recommend this place. P.S. just look at how they reply to reviews. Totally last...

Although the menu left some feathers on me, the choice of drinks and things was kinda large. You can find all sorts of teas or snacks. I picked the Honeybush with orange in it. It tasted very well and was excellent in terms of price (13 pln) The atmosphere provides quiteness, calmness and peace because the room is big but sequenced into small segments something like boxes. The only minus is that the staff isn't that good in speaking English and did not seem ready to walk to me to take my order. I must have gone upstairs in order to order. What a amazing place... When you walk inside you think this is ordinary tea shop, but as you carry on further and look around soon you realise how amazing it is. Atmosphere is truly astonishing all the sudden you have impression that you've been transferred via time machine into far East.... let's finish here... come and experience it. It's best shisha place in Poland so far and prices are very competitive comparing with Krakow...
