My experience at "52 City Diner" was, overall, very satisfying. One of the dishes I tried was their famous "Tomahawk Steak," as listed on the menu. 5 Sterne: Wir haben im 52 City Diner gegessen, weil wir schauen wollten ob die guten Rezensionen stimmen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Die Burger waren reichlich belegt und haben gut geschmeckt. Die jalapeños waren sogar scharf :) Es gibt hier auch ausgefallene Kombinationen mit Kaktus.

Zusätzlich hatten wir die Beef Rips 800g. Dazu gibt es zwei Beilagen und eine Soße nach Wahl. Die Portion ist groß aber machbar. Die Rippchen waren total zart und der Knochen hat sich komplett ausgelöst ohne feste zu ziehen. Toll. Die Beilagen waren auch sehr lecker und haben gut dazu gepasst.

Für meinen Geschmack müsste mehr Glaze auf die Rippchen damit sie mehr Geschmack bekommen. Man möchte zwar auch das beef schmecken aber mehr Honig oder BBQ darf es dann sein...

Dazu hatten wir Softdrinks und Cocktails. Die Cocktails sind klasse gemischt und schmecken gut.

Aufgrund des schönen Wetters haben wir draußen gesessen. Es empfiehlt sich aber auch einen Blick in das Restaurant zu werfen. Innen ist die Atmosphäre wirklich gut gelungen. Die Bilder an der Wand, die Schriften und die Einrichtung sowie das Motto sind toll aufeinander abgestimmt und vermitteln einen US/Mexiko Flair.

Das Personal ist nett und freundlich.

Eigentlich wären es wegen der Glaze für die Rips nur 4 Sterne aber die Burger und der Rest waren klasse.

Update 4 Sterne: Heute noch mal hier gewesen. Leider wurde der Tisch nicht abgewaschen sodass hier noch Flecken von den Gästen von uns da waren und es wurden keine Servietten angeboten.

Das Essen ist aber weiterhin prima. Die Salat sind auch sehr groß und...

Sytuacja z dnia wczorajszego. Będąc na spacerze z 5 miesięcznym dzieckiem przechodziłam obok restauracji. Z racji że popołudniu byłam umówiona ze znajomymi w tym oto miejscu to przy okazji stwierdziłam że wejdę do środka i zobaczę czy w toalecie jest przewijak dla dzieci. Lokal był całkowicie pusty, ani jednego klienta, więc od razu po prostu weszłam do toalety, która jest na wprost wejścia aby to sprawdzić. Chwilę wcześniej padał straszny deszcz i niestety mleko dla dziecka mi ostygło. Wylałam zawartość już wcześniej i po prostu podeszłam do kelnerki z zapytaniem czy mogę KUPIĆ trochę wrzątku dla dziecka do mleka. Obrażona i wściekła Pani od razu odpowiedziała, że weszłam do łazienki bez pytania i teraz nie mogę już tu nic kupić. Nie tłumaczyłam, już w jakim celu weszłam, tak mnie ta sytuacja zdziwiła. Pani kelnerka odprowadziła mnie do wyjścia i jeszcze przez długi czas odprowadzała wściekłym wzrokiem jak już byłam poza lokalem. Jak można być tak nieludzkim i nie empatycznym? Restauracja straciła tego dnia 5 klientów, a w przyszłości może i więcej bo zamierzam wspominać o tym fakcie innym. Podeszłam do restauracji obok i bez problemu i z uśmiechem na twarzy dostałam dla dziecka 40 ml wody, bo tylko o tyle mi chodziło i usłyszałam że dla dzieci do mleka jest to zawsze za darmo. Tym sposobem obiad zjedliśmy właśnie w tej restauracji gdzie z szacunkiem traktuje się klienta i tam na pewno wrócimy!!!! Restauracja City52 dzięki swojej obsłudze...
