Pizza Pasta — Restaurant in Bydgoszcz

Not all doom and gloom, it just depends whose working. We visited two weeks ago, and the service and food was brilliant, so when my family visited from England we thought we'd visit. From the first minute we could see the waiter couldn't be bothered, rude and just ignoring we were even there. He was spending time standing at a table next to his waiting station, where his friends were drinking cans of beer from żabka, and even eating food from żabka. Each time he came to our table, when returning to his mates would make some pretty sarcastic comments and they'd all laugh. One of his friends, who apparently works there and looks like John Lennon kept pointing and laughing at our table. When my pregnant wife asked what the waiters problem is, the worker caused a scene, then they all retreated to the restaurant to have laugh. I then took a picture, and the person who apparently works there (John lennnon) came out shouting at us and told our table the world doesn't revolve around you, bearing in mind we had a 2 year old with us. The waiter that was working and very arrogant originally, hid behind everyone having a cigarette in the garden of the restaurant. I'm not sure why the person not working got in my face, but the positives are, the food was great and the lady who works there and I think cooks the pizza came out to try and calm things down,...

Well, it is good place for sure! Good food and one of the most delicious Carbonara pasta I've tasted so far. Fast and happy attendance, fair prices - even the background music and decoration is nice. WELL ROD - SO WHY 3 STARS ONLY THEN? The smell. No matter what time of day you go there, no matter you use a 300 USD French parfum, you will leave a piece of your food plus others, smelling to your clothes. No kidding. It is a good choice even so, but, pay attention if you're intending to go to any other...

Tragedia! Usiedliśmy na zewnątrz, od jednego stolika odeszli goście, kelnerki mimo, że przechodziły tam kilka razy, żadna nie sprzątnęła stolika z resztkami, a na to zleciały się gołębie z całego rynku, zaczęły siadać na stół i jeść te resztki, zrzucać sztućce i latać nad głowami, jeden z głębi załatwił się nam stół! Trzeba było iść do lokalu poprosić o sprzątnięcie, bo kelnerki, wychodziły na dwór, ale kompletnie nie ogarnęły co się tam dzieje. Po uwadze, przyszły i zaczęły mówić, że to nie ich wina i co one mogą na to zrobić? WYSTARCZY SPRZĄTNĄĆ STÓŁ, restauracje obok miały czysto i nie było żadnego golebia! Jeden z głębi usiadł na nasz stół, gołąb chory, z powyrywanymi piórami, obrzydlistwo! Przesiedliśmy się do środka, a w środku nie lepiej, muzyka dudni jak w dyskotece, kelnerka przyniosła pizzę, a nawet nie dała sztućcy i serwetek, nie wspominając o oliwie do pizzy... ponownie trzeba było udać się do kelnerki, kazała wziąć koszyk... a tam 3 duże łyżki i jeden widelec! KOLEJNY raz, musieliśmy iść do kelnerki po poprawne sztućce, kelnerka dala nowy zestaw bez słowa, ani przepraszam ani nic. Ekipa w tej restauracji wygląda jakby wyszła z liceum, zero kompetencji, zero przejęcia, zero odpowiedzialności i dbałości o klienta. Nigdy w życiu nie doświadczyliśmy tak złej obsługi a dotego niebezpiecznie tam jeść, jeszcze pasożyta można dostać od fekaliów gołębi na stole! Lokal...
