From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness, not just for us but for our furry friends as well. It's rare to find a place where pets are so lovingly catered to, with fresh water bowls and a genuine enthusiasm from the staff. They even welcomed both our dog and cat, making sure they were as comfortable as we were!

Since I do pick up on smallest things I shall do the same in this situation too. Dumplings where over done. There. I said it. Yes they where there but either let do them on steam or not at all. Bit too crispy for my taste. And since we at it dark soy sauce was not dark enough. Ok one more thing. Lads do run a trail with regular chopsticks would you? Hate those disposable ones with passion! But very can get those crack as they should. 🤦

What we have here then? Well they like to call them self best sushi place in Bydgoszcz and I would agree. Not that there's many of them here at the first place either.

Sushi was made well. I'm used to round one, rolled on bamboo matt and covered in seaweed. This one here is more type of Uramaki. Sadly I haven't had chance to try soups as I would definitely go for ramen. Miso wouldn't be my first choice and neither do I recommend go for it.

Did I like it? Yes. Place is created in light style of Ikebana with modern Europe influences but it's got its taste. Maybe just maybe where I sat table was too high or sitting place was to low. Other that that? I like it and would definitely go there again....

A very gentle waiter arranged a table for me and my dog on the fist flor near by the bar. And he immediately asked if my dog wanted some water, wich I welcomed very much because my dog still was very stressed from the fireworks the past days. After some time the waiter places two meny cards on my table, and left. I quikly decided to have the 22 pieces of sushi, and waited another 10 minuttes for him to return. I ordered the food, and asked for a bottle of wine and some water for my dog, I reminded him about. Then he just left another card on the table - the wine card. After waiting for another 10 minuts, I susseded in placing the wine order. And asked for some water once more...

Then I waited for another 10 minuts, and still nothing happend. I looked in my Google maps time line, and discovered, that I entered the restaurant 32 minuts ago. And we still have't had anything to drink or eat. And the restaurant was almost emty. Wonder why...

Then I left the table and went back to my hotel and had an excellent dinner at the Holiday...
