Pijalnia Czekolady E.Wedel — Restaurant in Katowice

ENG: Very disappointing visit 😕 I order small (140 ml) hot dark chocolate with whipped cream (price 23,90 PLN). But what I received was some very displeasing drink. Because I can't called this chocolate. Liquid reassembled more cocoa, than real dark chocolate. It wasn't thick enough. And don't even start with whipped cream. It was more like ordinary cream pored to this cup. Of course serving lady informed me that, they're have broken machine to whipped cream, and apologize. But this information should be given before any client order something from the menu. And not upon delivery to the table. Overall it was very disappointing visit. And next time I will think twice before coming to this place. I know better places to go for REAL hot chocolate.

Edit: When I saw my bill (17,90 PLN) "this" whipped cream was not included. But, my "drink" was delivered any way, with this cream in it. They should have do it again, and not delivering what you saw in the picture.

POL: Bardzo rozczarowująca wizyta 😕 Zamawiam małą (140 ml) gorzką czekoladę z bitą śmietaną (cena 23,90 zł). Ale to, co otrzymałem, było bardzo nieprzyjemnym "napojem". Ponieważ nie mogę nazwać tego czegoś czekoladą. Ten napój przypominał bardziej kakao, niż prawdziwa ciemna czekolada. Nie był wystarczająco gęsta. Nie wspominając nic o bitej śmietanie. To było bardziej jak zwykła śmietanka wlana do filiżanki. Oczywiście Pani obsługująca poinformowała mnie, że mają zepsutą maszynę do bitej śmietany i przeprosiła. Ale ta informacja powinna być podana zanim klient zamówi coś z menu. A nie po dostarczeniu do stołu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, była to bardzo rozczarowująca wizyta. A następnym razem dwa razy się zastanowię, zanim przyjadę do tego miejsca. Znam lepsze miejsca gdzie mogę zamówić prawdziwą gorącą czekoladę.

Edit: Kiedy zobaczyłem mój rachunek (17,90 zł) "TA" bita śmietana nie była wliczona w cenę. Ale moje zamówienia zostało dostarczone z tą śmietanką. Powinni byli zrobić to zamówienia ponownie, a nie dostarczać tego, co...

Just a terrible place! Today we came there with a friend for coffee and waited almost 10 minutes to bring us the menu. But no one came to us like that! The waitress saw us anyway ignored and served people who came later than us. In addition to everything, they did not have a toilet паперу🤬 I sincerely do not recommend this place and this city at all. Catastrophic !! The waiters is very selective what part of the order she wants to give you. I ordered eggs, Chicken Croissant, and for my son a croissant with chocolate.
