We waited 30 minutes outside in a cold windy weather because we really wanted to check what the hype was all about. When we finally got seated, it took another 45 minutes to get the food. Servers were very friendly and positive, although our server never checked on us after she served our food (we wanted to order more food and needed more water), when we were done eating we waited for 20 more minutes for her to come around to ask for check but that never happened so we went to pay to the front door location. Busy Sunday and only two people working in the kitchen. People were clearly getting annoyed because if the waiting time. Ramen tasted like smoke, both the meat and the broth. Maybe it was just that particular kind. Will give them another chance and try a different one soon. We had some minor stomach issues after and were thirsty for hours despite drinking tons of water. Mixed feelings so far.

Edit: that’s how you respond to any concern people voice here- you’re great, people are wrong. If you don’t humble yourselves a bit and don’t listen to peoples opinions, you might not last long. You claim that long lines outside are the proof of how amazing your place is. Sure, it might be the reason for some. There might be other reasons you seem to not take into consideration- like people standing there, just like us, because they’re simply curious to check your spot out for the first time since it’s new and because they love ramen. Some of them, like us, will not be back. On top of that, the place is small inside and workers don’t do the best job managing the space (for example, while we were there, one of the workers sat her daughter at one of the sections that could fit 3 more customers while lettng all the people wait outside in freezing cold waiting for their spot). You might be using fresh, good quality ingredients (one would hope so), yet still making it taste/be too smoked and too fatty and heavy and that could lead to stomach issues after. So I have to say that owners reaction to my review ( below) has been great. On top of apologies, i have received a discount for my next order, and I have to say it has been worth it. Food has been really really good a s always. Service from the same lady as last time has improved. All in all the whole story ended good and I can say, go and eat, as it is worth it.

I've placed an order with the note that if during waiting time there will be a free table I would like to eat inside, if not then, well, I will take it away. Within 5 minutes I got the table, and despite that fact, I have noticed that there are some meals being prepared for take away. Whole I was seated I asked the waitress if she dies remember that I will eat inside as I am seated. Okay this happened last night. Me and 5 other of my friends meaning we’re total of 6. I mean honestly food that we ordered were so good and I can recommend to others but your service? Waitresses are not so friendly probably I can understand that they may be tired but we came to eat there and to enjoy or have fun with our dinner. We felt little discriminated when one friend of ours doing live FB vlogging, i mean if it is not allowed you can tell her in a “friendly” way and not like you were annoyed to us. And about the discounts we were truly sorry if we asked about it when we first entered your restaurant and one of your crew said yes.
