The place is popular, and staff did their best to accomodate my arrival without booking. Comfortable seating. Their menu is not crowded, which is usually a good sign. I chose to have a 3 course meal, starting with a Tartar steak. Complete, very nicely presented, and utterly delicious; it may actually have been the best I've ever had! Thanks chef! I then had Kotlet, a traditional eastern european, simple dish that was really well prepared, tender meat in batter with mash complimented by a tasty, velvety sauce on a very fresh salad. I finally had a chocolate dessert that I ordered out of greed, without great expectation but by which I was extremely pleasantly surprised! Freshly baked, warm chocolate cake with filling, again well presented, and complimented by a tasteful, fresh accompaniment of selected fruits slices. My pictures don't do it justice: you have to try it for yourself! The pricing is good considering the excellent quality of the food, the generous size of the portions and the efficient but attentive service. This restaurant was recommended to me by my friends while on holiday in Koszalin.The restaurant is very nice modern decoration with a great atmosphere. The foods is all fresh produce home made and very creative. The owner is vary passionate about the restaurant and the origin of the food he serves. He was able to recommend great items on the menu. The meals were delicious and good portions. I especially recommend you to save some space for the desserts. I had an apple cake it was the best cake I have tried in along time. Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, super leckeres Essen, Preis-Leistung ausgezeichnet Wir sind Anfang August ins "Studnia" gekommen da wir nach dem Wasserpark in Koszalin Hunger hatten und es von dort aus nur paar Minuten entfernt liegt. Wir waren gegen ca. 14:00 Uhr da und waren etwas verwundert, aber auch positiv gestimmt dass das Restaurant bereits zur Hälfte belegt war.

Sehr Positiv möchte ich erwähnen das wir vom Service direkt beim betreten darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden sind, das es mindestens 45 Minuten dauern wird bis wir unser Essen bekommen werden. Somit war uns die Wartezeit trotz Kind bewusst, jedoch kein Problem.

Nach der Bestellung der Hauptgerichte kam jemand vom Personal (ich meine der Chef) zu uns und sprach uns auf deutsch an und ob er uns helfen kann, zB mit der Karte (diese ist auf polnisch und englisch geschrieben). Wir antworteten Ihm auf polnisch das wir uns sehr bedanken, jedoch soweit alles verstehen. Bevor unser Essen kam, ist uns eine kleine kostenlose Vorspeise an den Tisch gebracht worden, für meine Tochter gab es was kleines süsses.

Meine Tochter wollte nur eine kleine Nudelsuppe. Diese war eher fertig als unser Hauptgericht so dass Sie nicht so lange warten musste. Die Hauptgerichte waren groß und mehr mehr als ausreichend, jedoch vor allem sehr sehr lecker. Ich hatte die Meeresfrüchte mit Tagliatelle.. Ein Traum! Des Weiteren hatten wir noch den Dorsch mit Spinatpüree, ebenso ein großer Teller der meiner Mutter sehr geschmeckt hatte.

Da meine Tochter Ihre Suppe bereits fertig hatte, wollte Sie nochmal eine haben. Diese wurde uns sehr schnell direkt vom Chef aus der Küche gebracht.

Am Ende hatten wir super leckeres Essen zu einem überraschend günstigen Preis. Das Studnia ist ein edles, eher gehobenes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wenn wir nochmal in Koszalin sind werden wir...
