Cucina Aperta — Restaurant in Krakow

We went as a group of 7 and recommended to go here. This is not your average shopping mall Italian restaurant. This place was on a good start from when we arrived, the waitress was very welcoming. From here it only got better. We ordered our food and drinks. I had one of the Belgian beers on tap and it was perfect full of flavour and poured with a mice head on it. Then some bread with olive oil to dip and it was amazing so we ordered some to take home it was that nice. My main arrived beef cheeks and it was amazing, I tried a couple of the pasta dishes and again fantastic. There is a little shopping list for you to able to take home and we bought a couple of items. In brief this place is amazing and you can tell by the constant flow of customers coming in and out. The service was very professional and had a lot of patience dealing with me trying my really bad Polish but she went above and beyond. She does speak English and few other languages but she let me try out my polish and didn't judge me at all. She also spent some time telling how the restaurant came about. It's an Italian restaurant with wide variety of Pizzas, Pastas, Lasagna. Out of different pizzas tried so far in Krakow, this definitely is one of the best and easily ranks at the top.

Tried here Mushroom and Margarita pizzas.Both were good and had different base and flavours. Pizzas here are thin crust and it doesn't make you feel bloated. For the pizza size you get here, price is reasonable and it's not costly.

Very good restaurant inside a shopping mall. The menu was very extensive and the prices were acceptable for a good quality restaurant. The appetizers and pizzas were tasty and so were the pastas. The staff was courteous and the service quick without being rushed. The only reservation was the size of the pastas. They were definitely not enough to have as a meal in and of itself and if I didn't have soup to fill up, I'd be much more disappointed.
