Starbucks — Restaurant in Krakow

Well, Starbucks at Serenada shopping mall is quite far from good quality. If in the morning you order for example 3 croissants, out of those 3 most probably 2 will be leftovers from the previous day. Today I was lucky, I got only 1 not fresh. It is a shame to the management to allow these things happen all the time. It is not fair especially to the customers that live nearby and tend to become loyal. I would recommend Costa Coffee at Serenada instead of Starbucks, where I have never faced such a situation. There is another problem there: they don't have a good supply of croissants, which means you should be lucky to get one, but of nice quality. Still, I would prefer not to spend money o Croissants at Starbucks, when Costa lacks those. The management of Starbucks seems like driven only by cost saving (selling poor quality food)....

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been. The tables are dirty, with plates from previous customers. The waitress just stay in round talking between themselves with no attention to customers. OMG! Matcha with lavender is my favorite drink on Starbucks, period!!

But it wasn’t only the drink, the staff was super kind. Vitalii cheered my mood and truly made my day! 🥹 it’s hard to meet such people during this time, l wish this exact Startbucks and people were during my solo traveling to Vienna and Paris !
