Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Krakow

Well, very disappointed. I ordered via Glovo a promotion of buy one get one free. Domino's offered only 3 types of pizza to choose from for the promo, no problem there. I got 2 pepperoni with supposedly double mozzarella, yeah right, they hardly put one layer of cheese. The dough was invisibly thin and the cutting was like made by a 2yo. I've never had such a sad and poorly executed pizza ever in my whole life. Please refer to the photos to see what I mean about the cutting. Glovo delivered perfectly and on time, in fact, faster than offered. 5 stars for Glovo but that's not why I'm here. I don't see why a promo has to come in conflict with quality or attention to detail. They might have completed a sale but for sure was the last one from my end. I beg you Domino's, please, if you're gonna do this, DON'T. Take my money at regular price but do it right. I want to believe that this poor and low quality was because of the 2 for 1 offer because if it is the regular execution, you have 2 less customers. So there it...

Delivery is always on time and the ordering process is usually smooth. Sometimes the app has some kind of a 'bug' and we need to repeat the order twice or three times, but aside from that all good!

Feedback: it'd be great if new types or options were added more regularly to try...

Nie polecam klientom, którzy chcą zjeść stacjonarnie: trzy małe stoliki w hałaśliwej Galerii Czyżyny, jedzenie podawane w kartonach(tych używanych do dostawy), plastikowe sztućce i kubki, pracownik mówi, że: "jak nie zapomną to przyniosą", mimo że jesteśmy jedynymi klientami stacjonarnymi. Bardzo niemiłe przejścia z pracownikiem przyjmującym zamówienie: za wymianę składnika warzywo na warzywo dolicza 4 zł jak za dobranie nowego składnika do pizzy nie informując o niczym klienta. Przy próbie wyjaśnienia zajścia Pan bezczelnie stwierdza, że on "nabija zgodnie z systemem" i ma w nosie to, że mógł mnie poinformować o tym, ze wymiana jest odpłatna zanim pobrał za nią pieniądze. Jest to dla mnie ewidentna forma oszustwa i dlatego mimo, że pizza była świetna NIGDY WIECEJ nie pojawię się w tym lokalu a jeśli zamówię pizzę w dostawie to na pewno tylko przez aplikacje lub pyszne.pl żeby nikt znowu nie próbował wykorzystać sytuacji z nabiciem mi dodatkowych pieniędzy...
