Pasibus — Restaurant in Krakow

Poor at best, we came across this lively looking pace only two days after its opening. It looks good, and the service is impeccable (Seb-quality 👌). Queue up Order + get a buzzer Find a place to sit Get buzzed Fetch your food Enjoy? We ordered Standard and Bebek junior sets. Presentation is lovely, a combination of flavours not so much. Standard had poor quality american style "cheddar" cheese and salted pickles. Both didn't work. Meat was awful, cooked medium but somehow hard and chewy. Beef must have been minced by large diameter grinder, loads of hard tendons left behind, not good, awful really. Bebek was better. Terrible meat was expertly masked by a generous portion of sweet BBQ sauce. Chips and pepper mayo were great. Cheesy balls come in two flavours, and both were average. Never had I not finished a burger before. We both left 1/3 on the meal behind. I was disappointed, I do not recommend and will not...

Not the worst place I ate at, but certainly one of them. We ordered some kind of a deal with lemonade, two burgers, three chicken nuggets and fries.

Burgers are extremely, laughably small. I honestly see no reason to sell something like this at all. The meat tasted somewhat uncooked, and the burger buns are completely out of place there.

Fries were literally dripping oil. There was so much oil they were literally bitter because of it, and the paper pocket was soaked in it completely.

Lemonade was more or less tasty, but so sour, so acidic, that we were unable to finish it.

Chicken nuggets were actually good. Not great - but good.

All in all, we will not be back. For the same price, even a bit lower, you can get a reasonable menu at the Burger King nearby. Which is a shame, because in theory some burgers' ingredients combinations offered by Pasibus seem very...

Today (31/07/25), I'm the first client, around 10AM. Very long, indolent and arrogant service. Burger was ready after quite a while, BUT it took 5 more minutes to the front guy to gather a cup of fries and a coffee... In the meantime, a client arrived after me, was served before, with the same type of order (breakfast combo). That second client had the honor to be served on a plate, I was not. I was supposed to pick up by hand all my meal, having waited 10min for it and longer than a guy that came after me (we were just 2 clients...)... I precise that there was no mistaken with a take away order from the team, as my order was 'dine-in' + no take-away package set up by the worker, on first intention. So I had to ask for a plate, and I received a sarcastic and satisfied smile of the worker as a final bonus (cherry on...
