North Fish Posnania — Restaurant in Poznan

I've always been a fan of North Fish, but after visiting this one I'm definitely disappointed!!! I ordered a cheese soup and a grilled tuna, as always. Soup was normal, but tuna was awful, it smelled bad, not fresh. Of course, I didn't eat that spoiled tuna at all. My husband returned it and said to the stuff "this was not eatable, not fresh ", at what they told - "That was the real taste of tuna,as it should be (sour with bad smell🤦🏻‍♀️). Byłam bardzo zawiedziona jakością obsługi podczas wizyty w dniu 4 czerwca o godzinie 17:40. Pani pracująca wtedy na kasie zachowywała się nieprofesjonalnie – była niemiła, niepomocna i zdecydowanie niezorientowana na klienta. Gdy zapytałam o szczegóły dotyczące zamówienia zastawu obiadowego, poczułam się zlekceważona. Zamiast rzeczowej odpowiedzi, spotkałam się z wywyższaniem i drwiącym tonem – szczególnie przykre było to, że reakcja ta nastąpiła po usłyszeniu mojego wschodniego akcentu.
